Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the date you receive a product that you have ordered.
When utilizing your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at phonee.info@gmail.com. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to.
- You must immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification return the products to us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation in the product's value compared to its original value if the product has been used or damaged.
Unclaimed Packages
For unclaimed packages, 99 SEK will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply to:
- Products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products that are sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
- Customized products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch based on your requests.
- Services that have been fully completed, and where you have expressly agreed to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
- Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.
- Single copies of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake to resolve the issue free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
How to proceed with a complaint:
Any faults or defects must always be reported to phonee.info@gmail.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot resolve the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.

Limitation of Liability
We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes in products or product characteristics that have been made by respective suppliers or other factors beyond our control.
